A Bedtime Story

Izzie:  I can't sleep.

Momma:  You haven't even tried yet.

Izzie:  But I can't sleep.

Momma:  Well, just rest your body and I'll come check on you in a little bit.

Izzie:  But my legs are kicking just thinking about it.

Momma:  What?

Izzie:  I'm kicking my legs just thinking about it...See?  (She pulled her blanket back to show me her legs kicking.)

Momma:  That's okay.  Sometimes our bodies have to get all the wiggles out before we can fall asleep.
