Yummy Peach Cake with Floating Pillows of Fluffy White Frosting
Only way to describe it. It was delicious. The peach cake was supposed to be baked in a bunt pan but, surprisingly, I don't own one. So, I baked it in two round cake pans and it was just as good. I wanted a light frosting to go with it because this is the kind of cake you eat for brunch. I made a fluffy, light frosting made with egg whites, sugar, etc. Anyway, what was so special about this cake was that Izzy helped me make from start to finish. She sat on the counter and helped me measure, pour, mix...It was precious time I don't often get to spend with her.
