Heading Out

I'm packing up the babies and heading to the west side for the weekend.  We're celebrating Noah's BD Sunday morning and then we're having a big birthday bash for my Grandpa who is celebrating his 75th birthday.  This is a big deal because two years ago we weren't sure he was going to be with us.  He slipped and fell while on his way to Florida.  That fall was just the beginning of a downward spiral and he was holed up in a Florida hospital instead of enjoying the Florida sun and his favorite pastime, golf.  We had some scary moments where we didn't think he was going to make it, but he showed all of us how stubborn he is and thankfully, he is alive and well today.  So we're having a party.  There will be food.  There will be cupcakes.  There will be ice cream.  And most importantly, there will be family.
