HAPPY EASTER

I hope everyone had a great Easter weekend, even with the snow and cold weather.  At least it was sunny for part of the day.

Izzy has a split personality.  She is either incredibly sweet and cuddly; full of kisses, hugs and pats on the back...OR...She is a crabby, screaming monster who scolds with her finger and throws temper tantrums on the floor.  I think she balances herself out with the two extremes.  She has another bottom tooth which makes three on the bottom.  She has three on top, including an eye tooth.  The other eye tooth is going to poke through soon.  Her gum is swollen and red and you can see the shape of the tooth but no white yet.  She has a horrible time teething, especially with the eye teeth.  We're hoping it breaks through soon.

We had Easter dinner at Grandpa and Grandma Craft's house.  Izzy had ham and sweet potatoes, jello, and chocolate.  Grandma Craft gave her a big, bouncy ball for her Easter present and she loved rolling it back and forth.  She had a lot of fun but as all little children do, she started getting  crabby and was ready to go home.  She didn't want to give anyone hugs goodbye.  In the five minutes it took to get home, she fell asleep as we pulled in the driveway.  I laid her on the changing table and she didn't move.  I took her tights off, changed her diaper, took her coat and dress off, and put her sleeper on and she was still out.  I picked her up, and even though she was sleeping she patted me on the back a few times...my sweet, baby bug.  Hopefully, she'll sleep all night.
